As reported by binance.com, crypto exchange Binance has launched an Ethereum mining pool at 12:00 AM on November 12, 2020 (UTC).
Binance Ethereum mining pool runs on the FPPS mining method and charges only a 0.5% pool fee for Ethereum mining.
According to the release, all users can also take advantage of a 0% pool fee rate for Ethereum mining from November 12 to December 12 by connecting their Ethereum hash power to Binance Pool.
Binance Pool has set up mining nodes worldwide in order to support participation from the global mining community.
According to cointelegraph, Binance’s instructions for setting up a mining pool account that participants will need to use a Windows or Linux operating system, GPU (NVIDIA or AMD graphics card memory of 4G minimum), 5GB virtual memory for each GPU, and mining software includes HiveOS, MinerOs, Easy Miner, ASIC, NCard and others.
